Title: Executive Administrator


Matthew has over 15 years of service to the City. He is a civilian Administrator in charge of preparing and maintaining the annual department budget of $13.8 million, monitors the budget and spending throughout the year, handles all the departments purchasing needs, developing departmental Capital Improvement Plan and assists the necessary administrative duties required for the need to identify, analyze, write, and monitor status of department grants and other funding sources.

The general supervisor of the following Divisions with the Police Department:

  • Records Division
  • Fleet Maintenance – Department’s 45 vehicles
  • Safety and Justice Building Maintenance
  • Also, assists and consults with outsourced information technology vendors
