Duties

Duties performed include:

• Patrolling for the purpose of preventing and detecting crime
• Enforcement of Federal, State and Local laws and making physical arrests
• Initial investigation
• Detailed written reporting of all accidents, complaints, arrests or incidents.

The position involves considerable public contact, preparation of thorough reports, reading comprehension, and public speaking.
