Water main breaks are an inevitable part of providing water service to you. We have worked hard to minimize damage and we will restore the area as soon as possible.

How We Fix Them

The area where the break has occurred has been temporarily filled in with dirt and/or gravel. It takes approximately 4-6 months for the ground to settle before we can permanently restore the site. After the settling period, it can take approximately 2-3 months to complete the restoration work due to many variables such as weather.
